Directions from Monterey - Highway One
- Take Highway One past Monterey, heading towards Santa Cruz
- Continue past the former Fort Ord
- At Marina, take the Del Monte Avenue Exit
- Continue on Del Monte Avenue to Reservation Road. Turn Right
- Take Reservation Road through Marina, past the Airport, to Blanco Road
- Turn left at Blanco Road. Continue to North Davis Road in Salinas
- Turn left on North Davis Road
- Continue on North Davis Road until Central Avenue. Turn Right on Central
- Continue on Central Avenue to Capitol Avenue (Elementary School on Right)
- 158 Central is at corner of Central and Capitol
- Turn Left on Capitol
- Park on street or pull into parking lot on right
- Park ONLY in "Visitor" parking spaces
- Enter up rear stairway
Directions from Monterey - Highway 68
- Take Highway 68 into Salinas
- Continue on South Main Street through downtown
- South Main Street turns to the left at the Steinbeck Center
- Continue past the Steinbeck Center and straight across Salinas Street
- You are now on Central Avenue
- Continue on Central to the corner of Central and Capitol
- 158 Central is at corner of Central and Capitol
- Turn right on Capitol
- Park on street or pull into parking lot on right
- Park ONLY in "Visitor" parking spaces
- Enter up rear stairway
Directions from Santa Cruz
- Take Highway One South towards Monterey
- Continue past Moss Landing
- Turn left from Highway One at Castroville (You’ll be on Merritt Street/Highway 183)
- Proceed through Castroville on Merritt Street and cross Highway 156
- Continue straight ahead, towards Salinas (You’ll be on Highway 183 as you leave Castroville)
- Continue straight as you enter Salinas (Highway 183 will become West Market Street)
- Continue on West Market Street towards town
- Turn right on Capitol Street (U Haul is on corner)
- Go up about two blocks, turn into parking lot on left when you see a school ahead
- Building is at the corner of Capitol and Central, 158 Central
- Parking lot is behind building, with the entrance on Capitol
- Park ONLY in "Visitor" parking spaces
- Enter up rear stairway
Directions from Highway 101, Coming South
- From Highway 101 take the “Main Street” exit at Salinas
- Bear right off freeway and continue towards center of town
- Follow the signs to West Market/Santa Cruz (keep right as you come under bridge)
- Continue on West Market towards Castroville (this is where you will be, automatically)
- In about four blocks, turn left onto Capitol Street (U Haul is on far corner)
- Go up about two blocks, turn into parking lot on left when you see a school ahead
- Building is at the corner of Capitol and Central, 158 Central
- Parking lot is behind building, with the entrance on Capitol
- Park ONLY in "Visitor" parking spaces
- Enter up rear stairway
Directions from Highway 101, Coming North
- From Highway 101 take the “Main Street” exit at Salinas
- Bear right off freeway and turn right, and then right at the next corner, going under the freeway
- Continue towards center of town on Market Street. Turn left at second stop signal
- Follow the signs to West Market/Santa Cruz (keep right as you come under bridge)
- Continue on West Market towards Castroville (this is where you will be, automatically)
- In about four blocks, turn left onto Capitol Street (U Haul is on far corner)
- Go up about two blocks, turn into parking lot on left when you see a school ahead
