This legislation, sponsored by Assemblywoman Caballero and signed into law in October of 2008, is an innovative program that creates incentives and rewards for local governments to build affordable housing in conjunction with city parks. LandWatch wants to learn more about this legislation and we invite you to join us. The event will be held in downtown Monterey at Montrio Bistro’s beautiful banquet facility, upstairs, above the restaurant.*
