Affordable Housing Tour of Los Arroyos Development

Los Arroyos is an exceptional new development that demonstrates that real affordable housing is absolutely possible. It was designed to create connections to surrounding neighborhoods, to attract a diverse group of occupants, and to create a welcoming environment. It succeeds on all counts. Whats more, Los Arroyos is 60% affordable!

South County Housing, which has developed Los Arroyos, is a nonprofit organization with a great record of success. If they can do it in Gilroy, we can do it here!

LandWatch is requesting a $15 donation from each participant.

Participants will be transported to the Los Arroyos development on a bus. The bus will leave from the parking lot of the County Courthouse in Salinas (on Capitol Street) at 8:30 a.m. The tour is due back in Salinas by 1:00 p.m. Dont miss this event!
