Salinas, two blocks from the County Courthouse and
the Salinas City Hall. Located at 158 Central
Avenue, at the corner of Capitol Street, this new
office location will help LandWatch better monitor
County land use policy. Whether you live in Big
Sur, Carmel Valley, on the Peninsula or in King
City, the county land use policies that effect you
get made in Salinas. Now LandWatch is "on the
spot," increasing our advocacy for better land use
policies countywide.

Directions
to the LandWatch Office in Monterey:
From Highway One, take the
"Monterey" Exit. Go through the signal and
continue straight ahead on Fremont Street,
following the sign towards the aquarium. Go
through the signal at Camino El Estero. Go
through the signal at Abrego Street, and move to
the left as the street turns right at the Casa
Munras Hotel. Turn left at the next signal,
which is Webster Street. Webster Street
intersects with Hartnell Street. The Post Office
is on the right.
LandWatch is at 546 Hartnell
Street, Suite E, diagonally across the street
from the Post Office and up a driveway behind
Paseo Zabala. Park in the street. There is no
parking on site. The LandWatch telephone is
