Pacific Grove Issues and Actions

Pacific Grove proudly calls itself "America's last home town." Recent planning issues in Pacific Grove have included efforts to preserve and protect the City's open space areas, and to prevent commercial expansions that could damage the character of Pacific Grove's unique residential neighborhoods. Historic preservation is a key objective in Pacific Grove, as is providing new affordable housing opportunities in a city with very little developable land left.
