• March 11, 2004, 9:00 a.m., Board of Supervisors Chambers in Salinas Public Hearing on "Quality of Life" Issues in the Draft GPU
  
  
• March 17, 2004, 9:00 a.m., Board of Supervisors Chambers in Salinas Public Hearing on the GPU Policies Related to the Economy, Jobs, and Housing
  
  March 22, 2004, 6:00 p.m. [Evening], Board of Supervisors Chambers in Salinas General Public Hearing on any aspect of the General Plan Update
